明日(10月13日)将要迎来10月的首次油价调整了，本轮油价10个工作日的统计周期，在经过9个工作日统计后，随着近期国际油价大跌，当前原油变化率达到：-1.37%，预计下调油价75元/吨，折合升计算就是预计下跌油价0.06元/升至0.07元/升。
国内油价自8月26日下调以来，已有一个半月多的时间没有进行调整，期间有两次调整搁浅；而自7月1日油价上调以来，国内油价已有三个多月没有进行过涨价。今年以来到目前为止，国内油价共经历了“六涨七跌六搁浅”，涨跌相抵。
