　　中国国家市场监督管理总局（SAMR，简称 “国家市场监管总局”）指出，高通在收购以色列 Autotalks 公司的交易中涉嫌违反中国《反垄断法》。该收购交易于今年 6 月正式完成，距离首次宣布已过去两年多时间。

　　国家市场监管总局在一份简短声明中表示，将对高通启动调查。

　　CNBC 联系高通寻求置评时，该公司暂未回应。高通目前向小米等中国多家头部企业供应智能手机芯片。
