智通财经APP讯，天成控股(02110)发布公告，于2025年10月10日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理(作为本公司的代理)已有条件同意按尽力基准促使目前预期不少于六名承配人(彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方)以每股配售股份0.1港元的配售价认购最多6000万股配售股份。
配售股份占扩大的本公司已发行股本约16.67%，每股配售股份0.1港元的配售价较2025年10月10日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.116港元折让约13.79%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将为600万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额最高估计约为571万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额全部用于一般营运资金。
