广州农商银行（01551）发布公告，董事会于2025年10月9日批准了一项潜在非常重大出售事项，并提议在临时股东大会上寻求股东批准建议授权。此次出售涉及的资产为本行持有的信贷资产，截止2025年6月30日，出售资产的本金金额约为149.78亿元，利息金额约为38.97亿元，代垫司法费用约为0.51亿元，违约金合计约0.02亿元，债权金额合计约为189.28亿元。
本次交易预计初步最低代价总额约为122亿元，出售资产的未审计账面价值约为121.32亿元。预计本次交易将提升本行的资产流动性，降低不良贷款率，改善整体财务状况，并为未来的优质资产投资提供资金。公告中指出，出售资产的具体日期将根据资产出售准备工作的实际情况择机确定，董事会将持续跟进并适时发布后续公告。
