** Bindi Metals BIM.AX soars as much as 29.2% to A$0.155, highest since December 13, 2023

** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since September 19, 2024

** Metal mining explorer signs binding agreement with RedCreek d.o.o.

** Under deal, firm granted option to acquire 20% interest in Ravni project in A$200,000 cash-and-share consideration, expandable to earn in up to total 80% interest by completing agreed exploration spending

** Co announces placement to raise A$2.5 mln ($1.7 mln) at A$0.09/share

** Issue price represents 25% discount to last close

** About ~2.1 mln shares traded in stock's busiest session ever, 27.1x the 30-day average

** YTD, BIM gains 47%
