Odaily星球日报讯 机构级数字资产融资平台 Antalpha Platform Holding Company (NASDAQ: ANTA)（简称“Antalpha”）今日宣布，其作为领投方投资约 4300 万美元，并通过参与一项承诺性上市公司私募投资（PIPE），收购了 Prestige Wealth Inc. (NASDAQ: PWM; AURE)（简称“Aurelion”或“公司”）的控股投票权 。其他参与的合格投资者包括 TG Commodities S.A. de C.V.（简称“Tether”）以及由 Antalpha 管理层投资的 Kiara Capital Holding Limited（简称“Kiara Capital”） 。
待相关批准通过后，公司（NASDAQ: PWM）预计将更名为“Aurelion Inc.”，并自 2025 年 10 月 13 日（星期一）起以新的股票代码（NASDAQ: AURE）进行交易 。
