Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) said Friday it will refile its UK Merger Notice as part of the Competition and Markets Authority's review of its planned acquisition of Global Payments' Issuer Solutions business.
The company said it proactively identified additional information it will be providing to the agency and it does not expect the update to affect the deal's expected closing in the first half of 2026.
