北京商报讯（记者 王维祎）10月11日，北京商报记者从58到家获悉，北京朝阳区第三届“朝匠技弈”职业技能竞赛——育婴员技能大赛决赛成功举办。58到家职业技能培训学校多位培训老师担任比赛的执行裁判，社会化培训力量正日益成为行业标准建设的重要参与者。
58到家培训讲师陈丽华表示，现代家政服务早已超越传统“经验活”的范畴，既需要扎实的专业理论支撑，也离不开标准化的实操体系。“真正的专业育婴员，不仅要掌握护理技能，更要懂营养、早教与儿童心理，行业需要复合型专业人才。”
家政服务市场愈发规范化。据悉，58到家不断升级培训体系，搭建“教学评就”一体化模式。公司通过线上讲师与线下辅导老师相结合的“双师模式”，使知识得以以前所未有的速度和广度传递。仅2024年，其双师课堂累计学习时长就达到71万小时，二线及以下城市参培人数同比增长229%；大多数学员实现快速就业，七成以上还实现薪资提升。
