智通财经APP获悉，总部位于香港的精品资产管理公司翘石集团（Keystone Global Financial Group）于周四向美国证券交易委员会提交申请，计划通过 IPO 筹集至多600万美元资金。
翘石集团计划以每股4至6美元的价格发行130万股股票，筹集600万美元资金。按拟议发行价区间中值计算，该公司的市值将达到6300万美元。
翘石集团是一家精品资产管理公司，提供全权委托账户服务和基金投资管理。该公司通过销售投资产品和服务获得销售返佣收入，通过转介服务获得佣金收入，并通过托管基金获得相关费用。2024年，该公司已为香港及中国内地的73名客户提供服务，其中主要为高净值人群。
翘石集团成立于2016年，在截至2025年6月30日的12个月内实现了400万美元的收入。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为KCG。该公司曾于2025年6月6日以保密形式提交上市申请。Pacific Century Securities是本交易的唯一簿记管理人。
