据知情人士透露，华纳兄弟探索公司（Warner Bros Discovery）以报价过低为由，拒绝了派拉蒙天舞传媒公司（Paramount Skydance）的初步收购提议。

　　由于此事未公开，这些不愿具名的知情人士表示，近几周派拉蒙提出了每股约20美元的收购报价，但遭到了华纳兄弟的拒绝。

　　他们补充称，由戴维・埃里森（David Ellison）领导的派拉蒙在收购华纳兄弟的过程中仍有多种选择，包括提高报价、直接与股东沟通，或通过财务合作伙伴寻求额外支持。

　　上周有报道称，两家公司正就一项交易进行谈判，但在价格上存在分歧，且派拉蒙可能会向股东公开其报价，以向华纳兄弟施压。

　　派拉蒙和华纳兄弟的代表均拒绝置评。

　　上周五，华纳兄弟的股价收于每股17.10美元，公司市值达423亿美元；派拉蒙股价为每股17美元，市值为186亿美元。
