ChainCatcher 消息，去中心化金融与人工智能融合协议 ARK（Ark DeFAI） 宣布，其 DAO 治理系统（Decentralized Autonomous Organization） 将于 10 月 12 日 07:00 UTC 正式上线。
此次升级结合 AI 共识演算层（Consensus AI Layer） 与 社区治理系统（Community Governance System），让 AI 模型能模拟政策、提供决策建议并发出风险预警，同时开放全球持币者参与提案与投票。
ARK DAO 治理委员会主席 卡梅罗·伊波利托（Carmelo Ippolito） 表示：“去中心化不是权力的消失，而是参与的普及。”
此次治理系统推出将构建“AI 建议 × 公民投票 × 社群共识”三层架构，实现 人机共治（Human–AI Co-Governance），为 DeFi 治理开启全新时代。
