近年来，云铝绿源不断深耕数智化赛道，有序引进自动化设备，持续与高校、企业等联合开发智能化设备，致力于槽大修配套自动化装备技术的研发与应用，提升核心装备的智能化水平，逐步推动生产模式智能化转型升级。在使用过程中，为检验这些设备的“真本领”，寻找数智化设备优化调整的方向，云铝绿源开展人机“PK”赛，以实战检验设备整体性能。
本次比赛遴选2名专业焊接选手与焊接机器人同台竞技，选手与机器人分别焊接2组工件，以作业效率、焊接质量作为评判依据，决出高下。在比赛中，焊接机器人仅用10分钟便完成了弧形铝槽罩的焊接。经裁判员现场评判，机器人与专业焊工作业时间接近，但焊接质量更为稳定，表面成型更加美观、均匀。据悉，该机器人现阶段还在优化调试中，目前已实现3种不同规格的槽罩一键焊接，在最终调试完毕后将实现6种不同规格的槽罩焊接。
下一步，云铝绿源将持续开展铝母线智能化熔接机器人、铝导杆智能化焊接机器人、节能型炉窑预制件自动化浇筑、微合金产品自动化浇铸等系列人机“PK”赛，检验机器人实战性能，为设备优化提供数据支撑。（ 王德贵）
