Jingrui (HKG:1862) recorded contracted sales of around 117 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 7,910 square meters, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at about 14,791 yuan per square meter.
From January to September, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 740 million yuan and 49,415 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 14,975 yuan per square meter.
