北京商报讯（记者 张天元）2025年的中秋国庆超级“黄金周”，正刷新一个个出行历史纪录，持续推高餐饮客流。10月9日，北京商报记者由海底捞了解到，2025年中秋国庆假期期间，全国海底捞客流持续保持高位运行，其中10月6日中秋节当天共计接待顾客超180万，较去年中秋节客流同比提升约5%。

同时，假期期间，海底捞陆续上新的鲜切类产品和“鲜切工坊”主题店受到消费端的喜爱。海底捞产品管理部相关负责人表示，2025年国庆假期前7天的鲜牛肉日均消耗量超过了35吨，环比上周翻了一倍。不少海底捞火锅门店改造升级为“海底捞鲜切工坊”后，鲜切肉品的点击率持续提升。截至2025年9月底，主打鲜切鲜活产品的标准版主题店已营业超100家，涵盖鲜切牛肉、鲜活海鲜、鲜切羊肉等品类。在“吃鲜”成为火锅消费潮流的背景下，该产品负责人介绍道，海底捞的鲜切牛三拼已覆盖全国六百多家门店，实现当日配送。

另外，在假期中，全国多地海底捞门店还迎来了不少“特别订单”，多对新人都选择在海底捞举办婚礼。山东日照的教师新人，在海底捞摆下十余桌婚宴；河北石家庄一场超50桌、近300人的大型婚宴颇为热闹；在深圳，全国首家海底捞宴会店还上演了 “直升机空降婚礼”。
