观点网讯：10月11日消息，据2025湾区半导体产业生态博览会新闻发布会上披露，2025年上半年深圳全市半导体与集成电路产业规模达1424亿元，同比增长16.9%，延续2024年全年2564亿元、增长26.8%的强劲势头。
据介绍，深圳通过“一基金、一展会、一论坛、一协会、一联盟、一团队”的“六个一”体系，叠加50亿元产业基金、核心技术攻关补贴、公共服务平台建设及多层次人才引育政策，推动制造、封测、设备等细分领域规模较2020年翻番。海思、睿思芯科、方正微等企业已实现NPU、CPU、车规级碳化硅芯片国产化，新凯来2025年3月更推出31款半导体设备，生态协同效应持续显现。
