该物业位于201 Henderson Road #07–01 Apex @ Henderson Singapore 159545及 201 Henderson Road #08–01 APEX @ Henderson Singapore 159545。于本公告日期，卖方为该物业的合法及实益拥有人，该物业曾被用作集团办公室的一部分。该物业仅为集团自用，因此，该物业于前两个财政年度内并无对净溢利(不论税前或税后)作出任何贡献。该物业将于完成后以空置状态交付。
董事认为，出售事项是公司以合理价格变现该物业价值的良机，而出售事项所得款项将改善集团的财务状况并增加其一般营运资金。
