HashKey在香港和新加坡运营多元化业务，包括交易平台、风险投资和资产管理服务。作为香港最大的持牌加密货币交易所运营商，该公司受益于香港去年推出的虚拟资产监管框架。
此前，作为美团和拼多多等中国互联网巨头的早期支持者，高榕创投曾向HashKey投资3000万美元，当时后者的估值超过10亿美元。
上述知情人士向媒体表示，目前相关讨论仍在进行中，估值和时间安排等细节可能会发生变化。HashKey的一位代表表示，公司目前没有上市相关信息需要披露。
