新丝路文旅（00472）发布公告，公司于2025年10月10日起正式更换公司标志。新标志将印制于公司的相关公司文件，包括中期及年度报告、公告、通函、通知、股票及新闻稿，并将在公司网站展示。

　　新旧标志如下所示：

　　更改公司标志不会影响现有股东的任何权利，印有旧标志的所有已发行股票将继续有效，作为股份所有权的凭证，仍可用于买卖、结算、登记及交付用途。公司将继续发行库存中的现有股票，直至用完后，再发行带有新标志的新股票。
