10月10日，远大住工（02163）发布公告，董事会于2025年10月9日决定自行申请破产重整。由于近年受宏观经济、地产调控及疫情影响，公司深陷债务和经营危机，尽管已采取多项自救措施，但效果不佳，风险不断加剧。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和《中华人民共和国企业破产法》的相关规定，公司已符合重整条件，因其经营困顿，无法清偿到期债务。
公司在装配式建筑行业具有较深的技术储备和较高的行业地位，重整具备一定价值。公司希望通过重整引入优质的战略投资者，化解债务风险，提高企业核心竞争力，为股东、职工和社会创造价值。
截至公告日期，破产重整申请能否被法院受理尚具重大不确定性，公司将及时通知股东及投资者有关预重整申请的重大进展。
