10月10日，大众公用盘中涨超11%，消息面上，大众公用发布公告，公司股票在9月29日、9月30日、10月9日连续三个交易日内收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计达到20%以上，属于股票交易异常波动。
经公司自查，公司目前生产经营活动正常，并已披露的经营情况、内外部环境未发生重大变化。不存在影响公司股票交易价格异常波动的重大事项。
公开资料显示，大众公用是一家公用事业和金融创投双轮驱动的投资控股型企业。大众公用近期曾表示，公司参股深创投，深创投及其基金持有宇树科技股份。值得关注的是，深创投还参股了知名GPU企业摩尔线程，后者科创板IPO申请已通过上交所上市委会议审议。
