智通财经APP获悉，天岳先进(02631)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.24%，报62.15港元，成交额1.55亿港元。
消息面上，天岳先进董事长宗艳民此前接受采访表示，碳化硅是光波导镜片的理想材料。但过去受制于衬底尺寸和缺陷，一片8英寸衬底仅能制造3-5副眼镜，导致其只能用于极高端领域。而天岳先进此前发布12英寸衬底，一片可做10-12副镜片，使碳化硅光学应用从高端走向民用。他透露，公司正与全球光学头部客户紧密推进产品导入，“碳化硅光学眼镜很快将走向市场，未来碳化硅光波导眼镜的市场规模可达数亿副”。
此外，SiC凭借其高热导率和高工艺窗口，有望显著提升CoWoS结构散热并降低封装尺寸。有媒体报道称，英伟达在其新一代Rubin处理器设计中，将CoWoS先进封装的中间基板材料从硅更换为碳化硅，以提升散热性能，并预计2027年开始大规模采用。
