The Chinese video-sharing platform and game maker's 3Q revenue likely rose 4.6% on year to 7.6 billion yuan, Jefferies analysts say in a note.
However, mobile games revenue likely declined 17% on year to CNY1.5 billion given a high base last year, they say, but note a solid game pipeline including "San Guo."
Jefferies expects the company's 3Q online advertising revenue to increase 20% to CNY2.5 billion on traffic growth and ad loads. Investors should focus on management comments on trends in key operating metrics, such as daily active users and time spent, Jefferies says.
It maintains a buy call and raises its ADR target price to US$34.00 from US$28.00. The ADRs last ended at US$28.52.
