EDU to Launch Second Share Buyback Program of 14.4 Million Shares

EDU Holdings (ASX:EDU) intends to renew its on-market buyback process with the repurchase of another 14.4 million shares, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

In September 2024, the operator of tertiary education business had announced a share buyback of up to 16.5 million shares over a twelve-month period.

So far, the company has bought back around 6.5 million.

The second buyback will commence on Saturday and is expected to end on Oct. 10, 2026.
