智通财经APP讯，康特隆(01912)发布公告，配售协议的所有条件已达成，配售代理已配售合共2.2亿股配售股份。配售事项已于2025年10月10日完成。配售股份已根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.065港元配发及发行予不少于6名承配人，占紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，各承配人及彼等各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。概无承配人于紧随配售事项完成后成为主要股东(定义见上市规则)。
配售事项的所得款项净额约为1283万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额中，(i)不少于1000万港元用于偿还集团债项;及(ii)余下款项用作公司的一般营运资金。
