Singapore Airlines (SGX:C6L) said passenger traffic rose 4.4% year on year in September, with 2.2 million passengers carried across its network, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Group passenger load factor was up 1 percentage point to 87.1%.
Flagship carrier Singapore Airlines saw a PLF of 86.2%, while low-cost unit Scoot reported 90.1%.
Cargo and mail carriage grew 1% year over year, while overall cargo loads fell 3.8%.
Meanwhile, cargo load factor declined by 1.8 points to 56.2% from 58% a year earlier.
By the end of September, the group's passenger network covered 129 destinations in 37 countries.
Meanwhile, its cargo network spanned 133 destinations across 38 countries and territories.
