智通财经APP讯，世纪联合控股(01959)公布，于2025年10月13日，公司董事会主席、执行董事、行政总裁及控股股东罗厚杰先生及其全资拥有的公司崇杰有限公司(卖方)与盛世摩根证券有限公司(配售代理)订立配售协议。根据配售协议，配售代理已同意促使投资者按尽力基准以不低于每股0.40港元的价格购买崇杰有限公司所持最多7623.03万股公司现有股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本的15%。
于私人配售事项完成后，假设所有配售股份均配售予承配人，则罗厚杰先生透过崇杰有限公司持有公司的股份将减至297,685,700股，占公司全部已发行股本约58.58%。除透过崇杰有限公司持有的股份外，罗厚杰先生将继续以其自身名义持有300万股股份，并将根据本公司于2021年5月21日根据购股权计划授予罗厚杰先生的购股权，继续于300万股相关股份拥有权益，两者占公司全部已发行股本约0.59%。
