观点网讯：10月13日消息，全球技术咨询公司Thoughtworks宣布与高瓴资本达成协议，高瓴将收购其在中国市场的本地业务运营权，交易预计于2025年10月上旬完成，具体金额未披露。
交易完成后，Thoughtworks保留在华离岸业务所有权，高瓴资本注入新资金，重点加强中国业务在人工智能与数字化转型服务方面的能力建设。
据悉，Thoughtworks中国原CEO郭晓已加入高瓴资本担任运营合伙人，并将继续领导Thoughtworks中国业务。
Thoughtworks成立于1993年，是全球软件开发领域标杆企业，2024年完成私有化交易，交易金额达17.5亿美元。公司自2004年进入中国，已在北京、上海、深圳、成都等七地设立办公室，员工规模超过2000人。
