美国电商巨头亚马逊10月13日在官网发布“关于中华人民共和国《互联网平台企业涉税信息报送规定》”的指南信息称，亚马逊将按季度向中国税务机关报送包括身份信息、交易数量、收入信息、支付给平台的佣金和服务费等信息。通过亚马逊商城向全球买家销售货物、服务或无形资产的中国卖家，都会受到影响。亚马逊强调，涉税信息报送要求适用于所有中国卖家，无论在哪个亚马逊商城销售商品。例如，即使商家仅在亚马逊美国商城销售商品，相关信息仍会被纳入涉税信息报送范围，并报送给中国税务机关。亚马逊称，首次季度报送截止日期为今年10月31日，涵盖范围为今年第三季(7月至9月)。此后，平台将按季度持续报送信息。
