智通财经APP讯，远大住工(02163)发布公告，经第四届董事会第二次会议审议通过，谭新明先生获选举为第四届董事会董事长，苏子佳先生、彭震先生及丁辉明先生获选举为董事会审计委员会成员及苏子佳先生为主席，丁辉明先生、彭震先生及沈丹先生获选举为董事会薪酬与考核委员会成员及丁辉明先生为主席，彭震先生、苏子佳先生及王春梅女士获选举为董事会提名委员会成员及彭震先生为主席，谭新明先生、张剑先生及胡文翰先生获选举为董事战略委员会成员及谭新明先生为主席。彼等之任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第四届董事会任期结束之日止。
另外，经董事会审议通过，沈丹先生获聘任为总经理。彼等之任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会成立并聘任新一届高级管理人员之日止。
