【近6.8亿港元薪酬！#李想登顶港股打工皇帝#】10月12日，由金融投资者大卫·韦伯创办的香港公共数据披露网站Webb-site公布了2024年香港上市公司董事薪酬排名。理想汽车创始人李想以近6.8亿港元的年度总酬金成为个人薪酬最高者。
理想汽车董事长李想的6.798亿港元总酬金中，现金部分仅有300.4万港元，包括薪酬福利283.4万港元和退休金17万港元。股份支付的会计价值高达6.768亿港元，占总额的99.5%。这笔非现金报酬是公司为锁定和激励核心创始人而付出的财务成本，其最终价值完全取决于公司未来的业绩表现和股价走势。今年排名前十的高管几乎被新经济公司的创始人及高管包揽，展现出强大的创富能力。（@新黄河 记者杜林）
