10月14日金融一线消息，据中国人民银行忻州市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，山西宁武农村商业银行股份有限公司因与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款人民币25万元。同时，高某荣（时任山西宁武农村商业银行股份有限公司董事长）、孙某平（时任山西宁武农村商业银行行长）、杨某东（时任山西宁武农村商业银行余庄支行运营主管）对山西宁武农村商业银行股份有限公司与身份不明的客户进行交易的违法行为负有直接责任，被分别罚款人民币1.5万元。
