南财智讯10月14日电，恒生银行（00011.HK）公告，MerrillLynchInternational因应建立新的追踪指数ETF进行对冲活动，于2025年10月13日卖出公司股份47,560股，同时因客户主动发出且由客户需求带动的买卖盘所产生的Delta1产品的对冲活动，买入7,900股。所有交易均为本身账户进行，且MerrillLynchInternational是与要约人有关连的获豁免自营买卖商，最终由BankofAmericaCorporation拥有。净卖出39,660股。
