MBV International's (HKG:1957) controlling shareholder, MBV Capital, sold 6.5 million shares in the company on the open market on Oct. 10, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares represent approximately 1% of the gift product seller's total issued shares.
Following completion, MBV Capital's shareholding in the company fell to 414.8 million, or 66.1%, shares from 421.3 million, or 67.1%, shares previously.
