智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研报称，华润置地(01109)旗下商场万象城(CR Mixc)在黄金周期间，录得低十位数同店销售同比增长，推动整体商场零售额同比增长超过25%，当中高端商场同店销售增长更超过20%。该行料全年租金收入有望超出管理层原先预期，达13%同比增长;继续将股份列为首选标的，目标价39.3港元，评级“增持”。
该行认为，虽然部分原因在于国庆与中秋节假期相连，但集团增长高于同行，主要因万象城的市占率优势持续扩大;年初至今其同店销售录低十位数同比增长，加上今年首9个月整体零售额同比增长20%至25%，均可印证该行看法。
