智通财经APP讯，亨鑫科技(01085)发布公告，公司间接持有51%权益的附属公司浙江中光新能源科技有限公司已于2025年10月14日与进银新型政策性金融工具有限公司签订借款协议，涉及金额为人民币2亿元之政策性金融工具。该借款由中国进出口银行浙江省分行管理，专用于补充浙江中光全资附属公司青海众控太阳能发电有限公司将承建的德令哈350MW塔式光热发电项目的资本金需求。
本项目位于中华人民共和国青海省海西州德令哈市，总规模为350兆瓦，采用塔式光热发电技术。本项目具有发电稳定性强及卓越储能能力的特点。项目建成后，将为青海电网提供稳定可靠的清洁电力，成为构建新型电力系统的重要示范项目，并显著提升集团在光热发电领域的行业地位。
董事会认为，该借款将补充本项目的资本金，确保本项目顺利实施，并与集团深耕可再生能源的策略一致。本项目预计将产生稳定的长期收入，提升集团在光热发电领域的市场声誉及竞争力。借款的条款属正常商业条款，符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
