CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) issued 1.2 million stapled securities at SG$0.9275 per security to its manager, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The securities were issued as payment of the divestment fee for the disposal of Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo.
