智通财经APP讯，七牛智能(02567)公布，作为显示公司主席、首席执行官兼执行董事许式伟先生及非执行董事吕桂华先生对集团的长远价值及前景充满信心，并支持集团持续、稳定及健康发展，彼等已各自签订以公司为受益人的自愿承诺，据此，彼等各自承诺自愿延长彼等就持有的所有公司股份各自作出由上市日期起计为期十二(12)个月(包括首尾两日)期间的塬有禁售承诺。许先生及吕先生承诺由塬到期日期起计另一个十二(12)个月内不会出售彼等之任何股份或订立任何具有相同经济影响的交易，由2025年10月16日起至2026年10月15日(包括首尾两日)。
