Compumedics (ASX:CMP) raised nearly AU$2.2 million, before costs, via a placement, which includes the issue of 7,543,860 new shares at AU$0.285 per share, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The placement was supported by existing, new institutional, and sophisticated investors.
