Legacy Minerals Holdings (ASX:LGM) said it will retain ownership of the Bauloora project in New South Wales, effective Oct. 15, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is undertaking a review of the project, and the results will determine its next steps, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 2% at market close.
