Centurion (SGX:OU8) acquired a land site located in London, UK, for around 41 million pounds sterling, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.
The acquisition was carried out through Centurion Overseas Investments, in partnership with Landmark Properties, by way of a joint venture agreement.
The company intends to build a 225-bed purpose build student accommodation on the site.
