European Equities Traded in the US as American Depositary Receipts Edge Lower Tuesday

European equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were slightly lower on Tuesday morning, down 0.11% to 1,562.80 on the S&P Europe Select ADR Index.

From continental Europe, the gainers were led by networking and telecoms company Ericsson (ERIC) and cybersecurity company Wisekey (WKEY), which climbed 17.4% and 14.4% respectively. They were followed by clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Inventiva (IVA), which gained 6.7%.

The decliners from continental Europe were led by Novo Nordisk (NVO) and Equinor (EQNR), which fell 2.4% and 2.3% respectively.

From the UK and Ireland, the gainers were led by biopharmaceutical company Amarin (AMRN) and semiconductor company Arm (ARM), which rose 3% and 2.6% respectively.

The decliners from the UK and Ireland were led by biopharmaceutical company Adaptimmune Therapeutics (ADAP) and cryptocurrency miner Argo Blockchain (ARBK), which dropped 17% and 8.7% respectively.
