消息面上，10月14日，京东通过微博官宣，将联合广汽集团、宁德时代共同推出一款汽车产品。据悉，官方将在10月底陆续开启内测版、大众版试驾活动，11月9日新车将正式发布。据科创板日报，广汽集团投资者关系部门表示，该款新车采用的是宁德时代的巧克力换电，会在京东平台售卖，具体车型目前不方便透露。广汽表示，“京东目前没有参与研发环节，各方暂时也没有成立合资公司的打算。京东负责的主要是销售环节以及售后服务等，可以理解成在电商平台像卖手机一样卖汽车。”
