智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，10月13日，高山企业(00616)股东将股票由结好证券转入弘雅资本，转仓市值854.23万港元，占比5.20%。
高山企业公布，董事会注意到，于2025年9月4日公司股份于联交所的股价及成交量出现异常波动。经公司就有关情况作出合理查询后，董事会确认，概不知悉导致股份出现该等异常股价及成交量波动 的任何原因;或任何须予公布以避免股份出现虚假市场的资料;或根据上市规则第13.09(2)条及证券及期货条例(香港法例第571章)第XIVA部须予披露的任何内幕消息。
