智通财经APP讯，华音国际控股(00989)发布公告，董事会于2025年9月11日欣然宣布，百慕达公司注册处处长分别发出更改名称注册证书及第二名称证书，证明公司名称由“Hua Yin International Holdings Limited”更改为“China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited”已获注册;及公司已采纳“中国长白山国际控股有限公司”为公司的新中文第二名称，以取代“华音国际控股有限公司”。两者皆自2025年9月10日起生效。
香港公司注册处处长已于2025年9月30日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，以确认新英文名称“China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited”及新第二中文名称“中国长白山国际控股有限公司”已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册。
由2025年10月16日上午9时起，用作于联交所进行股份交易的公司英文股份简称将由“HUA YIN INTL H”更改为“CHINA CBS INTL”，而中文股份简称将由“华音国际控股”更改为“中国长白山国际”。公司的股份代号仍为989。
