值得注意的是，10月10日，交通运输部发布《关于对美船舶收取船舶特别港务费的公告》，10月14日起，对美船舶收取船舶特别港务费。申万宏源表示，中国对美反制，航运船舶再迎历史机会。后续重点跟踪：如果美资参股中国制造的船舶豁免，中国造船订单有望爆发；中美和谈，美国301调查同步取消，利好造船；中美和谈，中国采购美国油，运距拉长。
