Eye 指出，向 Hyperliquid 巨鲸提供关键交易情报的消息源，或来自长期利用白宫内部传闻及政策预告进行交易的内部人员。相关信息据称由接近美国总统团队的助手传递给一群拥有特权信息的交易者，用于提前建立有利仓位。
Eye 表示，目前确认牵涉的核心人物为 Zach Witkoff 与 Chase Herro，特朗普的长子亦被指可能参与其中。出于人身安全考虑，Eye 称这是其就此事件发布的最后一篇报告，并呼吁其他调查记者继续追踪。
