消息面上，据科创版日报报道，10月13日，天岳先进召开2025年半年度业绩说明会。此前市场消息显示，英伟达计划在2027年前将CoWoS先进封装中间基板材料由硅换成碳化硅，仅H100替换就对应近7.7万张衬底需求，而天岳先进作为国内12英寸技术领先企业，相关潜在机会备受瞩目。
报道称，天岳先进董秘钟文庆介绍，目前公司已经发布了全系列12英寸碳化硅产品矩阵，包括12英寸导电性碳化硅衬底、12英寸半绝缘型碳化硅衬底以及12英寸P型碳化硅衬底，目前已经与下游客户积极对接中，并已取得相关全球头部客户的多个12英寸SiC产品订单。董事长宗艳民进一步补充，上海临港基地二期扩产会重点布局12英寸产品，未明确产能规模与合作进展。对于“2027年能否满足英伟达10%高端GPU市场需求”的关键问题，其回应，“已进行前瞻性技术布局，将把握市场机遇”。
