Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) appointed Geoff Jones as non-executive chairman, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Jones was appointed to the company board as a non-executive director in June 2022, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
