资深投资者慕诗国际(00130.HK) 主席及首席执行官陈钦杰等，新近以8,180万元售出中半山地利根德阁一个四房大户，成交价较高位低约14%。
是次成交单位为地利根德阁3座高层C室，实用面积2,429平方呎，采四房一套间隔，上月以8,180连车位售出，实呎33,676元。资料显示，单位由DRAGON FIELD LIMITED持有，公司股东及董事均为陈钦杰及其妻徐巧娇，据悉，二人于2011年以“买壳”形式购入有关物业，虽然市场未有当年成交价资料，但市场人士预料获利甚丰。
连同早前以约2.2亿元沽出上环中远大厦23楼全层，陈钦杰近月已连沽两个贵重物业，共套现逾3亿元。(sl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
