消息面上，美国总统特朗普近日宣布，将从11月1日起对向中国出口关键软件实施管制，里昂发布研报称，事件引发了中国软件行业“国内替代”强烈市场情绪。由于“关键软件”没有明确定义，且中美之间的谈判尚未确定，里昂预期基本面不会立即改变。
里昂表示，特朗普的宣布中没有“关键软件”的明确定义，预期中美之间将就此议题进行谈判。“国产替代”自2018年以来已进行多年；因此相信其影响不会立即反映在中国软件公司的基本面上。如果美国真的从11月1日起实施出口管制，认为中国工业软件、办公室软件和企业资源计划(ERP)软件公司将受益。
